- Exceptions: In rare cases of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace the item in your next order.
- Documentation: Customers must provide a video recording of the parcel opening to validate claims of damage or error.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued if a product is damaged or incorrect. The replacement item will be sent with the next order.
- Timeframe: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the claim is validated.
